I’m Melie
I’m Melie, a French expat, mom of three girls, yoga teacher, and childbirth educator. I’ve been through this rodeo three times myself, so I get it – the good, the bad, and the downright bizarre.
As an expat, giving birth at 22 in a foreign country, I experienced first hand the power perinatal education had on my outlook of birth and motherhood and how it impacted my outcome from a physical and mental standpoint.
I bring over ten years of experience to help you navigate your pregnancy with confidence. My approach reduces fear and enhances well-being by opening your awareness to what you already have, ensuring you feel as prepared as possible without being overwhelmed.
While there are no guarantees of how things will turn out (because babies are going to baby), I help you focus on the elements you can control , empowering you to embrace your pregnancy journey with assurance.
